Responsibilities :
As a remote Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant, you will handle a wide range of duties, including:
Administrative & Customer Support
Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service.
Communicate with lenders, clients, and vendors regarding recovery updates.
Scheduling & Coordination
Coordinate schedules, assignments, and dispatch information to field agents.
Track recovery activity and ensure timely follow-ups.
Data Entry & Documentation
Enter and update data in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
Maintain accurate digital records, case files, and documentation.
Billing & Invoicing
Prepare and send invoices to clients.
Assist with payment tracking and basic financial record keeping.
Digital Organization
Scan, upload, and organize digital documents.
Maintain electronic filing systems for compliance and reporting.
Reporting & Tracking
Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as needed.
Track agent activity, recovery progress, and performance metrics.
HR & Internal Support
Assist with onboarding new employees (paperwork, system access, training resources).
Provide general support to management and field teams.
Requirements
1+ year of administrative or office support experience
Strong communication skills (phone, email, written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently from home
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
