Roles and Responsibilities
Human Resources
Support administration of day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Design and deliver training programs to support employee development and compliance requirements.
Organize team-building activities and initiatives to boost morale and engagement.
Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to inform HR strategies.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for growth.
Office Management
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.
Coordinate facility-related projects, including space planning and renovations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office premises.
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT and facilities vendors, managing contracts and service agreements.

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and office management roles.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with employee engagement tools and training platforms.
