Description
The purpose of your role as a Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Service + Building Automation team for a variety of functions including administrative support, field support, and back up dispatcher when needed.
- Answer telephones and give information to caller, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individual
- Complete purchasing card allocations
- Data entry and report completion
- Audit support
- Manage uniform/PPE inventory tracking
- Office supply ordering
- Mail receiving and sorting
- Other general administrative support
What we're looking for in you
- Customer service experience
- Experience providing administration support to a group or division
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay Range: $20.85 - $31.27 per hour
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
