Responsibilities
The Human Resources Business Partner will deliver HR services within our People Strategies Team (PST) to our First Finish business nationally. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be the trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the First Finish business. You'll champion a positive workplace culture, deliver impactful HR programs, and ensure every initiative supports both our people and our business goals.
- Shape People Strategy: Contribute to defining business unit priorities and annual hiring plans that drive growth and success.
- Lead Talent Initiatives: Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring needs, craft accurate job profiles, and deliver exceptional onboarding experiences.
- Champion HR Excellence: Implement policies and compliance programs that foster a fair, safe, and high-performing workplace.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Resolve complex employee relations issues, provide insights through exit interviews, and influence senior leadership decisions.
- Drive Development & Growth: Collaborate on compensation strategies, performance management improvements, and impactful training programs.
- Innovate & Improve: Lead continuous improvement projects and corporate HR initiatives that enhance engagement and operational efficiency.
- Partner Across Teams: Work closely with Centers of Excellence and remote offices to ensure seamless execution of talent priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in broad-based human resources function with advanced knowledge of human resource discipline.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A strong understanding of advanced HR and OD concepts.
- Experience handling employee relations issues.
- Construction industry experience a plus.
